Graduate of the barrister's training in OIRP Krakow and American Law School UJ organized in the cooperation with The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Specialises in EU Economic Law with particular regard to EU Internal Market law, posting of workers and cross-border labour and social security law.

    Educated as a lawyer, chose a career in project management. For 11 years she was responsible for holding the International Book Fair in Krakow.
    As the Team Leader and Project Manager she was active in the field of events and conferences with a special focus on culture and education (national and international fairs, conferences, awarding ceremonies etc.). Before, for 3 years, she was responsible for programming in a cable TV and commercial negotiations with broadcasters. In LMI Kasia is responsible for event and project management.

    From 2009 to 2019 adviser to Danuta Jazłowiecka MEP. Since 2009 Margareta has been working in the European Parliament and following closely the activities of the EMPL Committee of the EP. She has been working together with Danuta Jazłowiecka MEP on the Enforcement Directive on posting of workers as well as on the revision of the Posting of Workers Directive from 1996. She graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań. Margareta has lived in Brussels since 2006, where she gained experience in the Permanent Representation of Poland to the EU as well as in EU public affairs. In the previous Parliament term, she was heavily involved in the work on the revision of regulations regarding the coordination of social security systems, the establishment of the European Labour Authority, the directive on transparent and predictable employment conditions and the Mobility Package. Currently Margareta works as a freelance EU public affairs consultant, representing LMIA's interests in Brussels.

    Graduate of Economic Psychology at the University of Warsaw. Communication, PR and Public Affairs Specialist with years of experience. Responsible for projects with a national and Central and Eastern-European scope as well as for worldwide communication and branding activities. Agnieszka cooperates with IT and new-tech fields, consulting, real estate, construction, health protection together with think-tanks and NGOs.

    She involves in image creation, branding, advertising, creating and launching communication strategies, press relations as well as relations with public and local sectors. Agnieszka is also a coach, specialized in personal branding. She involves in academic life by giving guest lectures and workshops for students.

Advocate of legal forms of employment in cross-border home care services.
