Let’s show Europe that Polish services are good

In a short interview conducted during II European Labour Mobility Congress Stefan Schwarz, President of Labour Mobility Initiative talks about the future and recently achieved objectives of the LMI Association. Additionally, Mr. Schwarz talks about the benefits of posting of workers, underlying gains of the employees that are posted to work abroad.

– We are very pleased that the Initiative became a real forum for dialogue between all interested stakeholders. That was our biggest goal – admits Stefan Schwarz – The most important now is to show Europe that Polish services are good – both for posted worker, and for the posting state, as well as for the entire European market as posting increases the efficiency of the European economy.

In the second part of the interview President of the LMI speaks about the human capital as a competitive advantage of Poland. He also presents the benefits of posting, highlighting therein posted worker’s gains.
